Children in the Günter Grass House
"ALL ABOARD?"
A children's rally through the Günter Grass House
Every child receives the exhibition guide "All aboard?" in the museum shop. Then it's off across the museum with the story specially developed for the museum by children's book author Nadia Budde: Captain Olek has lost his crew. Who will manage to get everyone back together, from the ship's cook to the helmsman?
On the matching wooden ship "Tulla", guests young and old can then romp and climb to their heart's content, discover sea creatures or read in peace and quiet.

Review 2024
The motto of the event in July 2024 was DANCE AND MOVEMENT. In addition to attractions such as the bouncy castle and a 200-year-old printing press, children and young people were able to learn different dances in dance workshops with Lisa Strobel, drum loudly with Bacar Gadji, get creative in an open workshop with Sara-Christin Richter and take part in many other exciting activities. Highlights were the performances by the Lübeck Water Marionette Theatre with the "Schiffsradde Konzilius" and by the Junges Schauspiel Lübeck, which brought "Hey Hey Taxi" by Saša Stanišić to the stage. Thank you for an unforgettable day at the Günter Grass House!
We are already looking forward to the next children's festival!
